Guest Services 

All tents will be well lit and clearly marked with tent numbers, locks and guest’s name.  

On-site concierge team present for opening and closing day of the festival.  We will greet our guests, assist with luggage and share festival and local information and beta. 

One crew member will stay in Stanley to be available on site during the festival if needed.

We will also be on site to see the guests off after the festival and help with luggage.
